Twombly is correct,PLEASE Spend the hourly rate of an attorney and have her or him review any docs concerning this deal.In my view, any body that is asking 40% of any part of any deal is just a shark attack.Two examples of my deals where I'm a passive investor in: 1) Hawaii asset: 6% cashflow per year.
