Hello everyone!

I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in Sarasota, Florida. Looking forward to connecting with some people here. Anybody else in the SWFL area?

Also wondering:

1. Does anyone know how to find out who in my area is an AirBnB host?
2. I am considering getting my property management license to manage homes in my area for those out of town half the year... pros/cons?
3. Has anyone ever heard of investors lending money to home owners to increase property value with renovations and then paying back investor with interest on their loan when their home sells? Is this a thing? I think it could be incredibly risky and maybe dumb, but just curious if this is a thing.
4. Does anyone deal with REO bank homes exclusively? How do you get in with banks to do that?

Thank you!

Berea Fair hello! David Healey had some great points and covered most of it. There is another way to find hosts called the "co-host" feature. Airbnb allows you to find other hosts in your area and will let you communicate with them. The only other way to do this that I know if is to pretend like you are inquiring about an Airbnb to stay in.

The co-hosting feature can be a good way to pick the brains of your fellow Airbnb hosts, I found a great cleaning crew this way.

Hope this helped!

Tyler
