Also, from any lenders out there...are the same number of points available for purchase as with a standard residential mortgage?

After digging alot I found out Yellowfin has been suing to recover 2nd mortgage defaults from 2007-2009 housing crisis.

His primary mortgage was sold to a private lender in the early 2000s and he claims he had to give an explanation each time as to why he financed with a private lender with such poor reputation every time his credit was pulled.

@Daniel Stoychev for me personally I’m open to investing most anywhere if the deal is right by the choice between Cook County or not Cook county I will always go with not Cook County. 

I am paying mortgage for all the rentals from business accounts.
