This is where your experienced probate/estate planning attorney will (hopefully) engineer a simple plan for either a buyout of one heir's interest and satisfaction of any creditors or hatch up another plan.

It looks like I have 35 days to remedy the pest problem to the tenants satisfaction and then they can move out without giving 30 days?

It's served me well in my career, and more recently in having the discipline to save money for rentals, and also being patient to make sure I'm building this thing on solid foundations.

Part of our problem now is so many investors that they have to be patient when buying their next property.  

There is real satisfaction on a job well done.
