My county recorder does list recorded documents online, but at this time it only shows the document, not what's in the document.

@Nick Dillaha I'm using Loan Depot, but you can also use Rocket Mortgage, Quicken Loans or any other online lender.

There are plenty of meetup groups in Southern California that yes do meet online for now, but it can be worth the connection.
