@Charlene Fetzer  I would look on BP or meetup groups for on-line zoom meetups in your area. 

I already registered for the first two days – that’s the free part lol.Trying to decide whether to get an in-person ticket or an online ticket.

A washer/dryer is not required but can be a plus, plenty of quality used ones online.

The first red flag is that their website is very poorly written and looks similar to most of the other ones run by scammers from outside of the country who have poor command of the English language and don't know what certain terms mean in relation to real estate/lending.

I searched online on home depot, walmart, called some branded companies so they can help guide my search.
