I have a Masters degree, and my line of work is in high demand anywhere in the country (working with children and adults witj Autism and disabilities), so Im not too worried about securing work, but Ive never job hunted or house hunted long distance before.

It been about two weeks and numerous emails back and forth with no solution. 

The school systems in Lawrence and Warren are incrementally better than the IPS school system making it more appealing to renters with children. 

I've had a mix of men, women, parents and children, and couples--in other words, normal people.

The HOA has had numerous issues with these tenants and are also pursuing financial relief for other problems caused.

I LOVE the idea of house hacking, but it would be tough to do so considering I am married with 4 young children.

(I was also under the impression it was a couple and two children, since that point a mother of the female tenant has been revealed as living there).
