There are lots of articles you can research on this topic that go further into this strategy than I will here.Having to wait a few years to buy another property seems really bad at first but it will be fine.

People read different news sources, and factor different things into their projections and come to drastically different conclusions.

Good news is my brother has come into a good amount of money the past few years investing in stocks/cryto/ etc.

I thought you meant a specific article/post vs a general search.
