I am looking to research the city more in the coming weeks but would love to hear people's opinions on it.Taking a quick look on craigslist, I see multi-familes anywhere from $200-$500 depending on if it's new construction.

My county lists out auctions for months going forward on the web, but I'm kind of looking for something that's a little more user friendly than a raw action list.I have about a billion more questions, but I just previewed this and it's already too long.

Does anyone have advice on selling a multi-family while I have tenants?

Ya know with multi-family the person next door will hopefully rat out people that are throwing parties because of the noise.

My guess is that the $300 billion talked about is just the start, and that the Senate bill to be announced next Tuesday by Dodd and Frank will take off from there.

We live near each other, share autos, pool insurance, pool investments, watch each other's kids and pets, etc.I see long term, and by that I mean multi-generational, wealth building to be a good thing.
