In the morning my email has seven buyers asking me about the home, asking price etc.

I was reading Brandon Turner's article this morning and he referenced the book and how beneficial it is!

After 6 years of college, I'm very anxious to enter the "real" world and found BP to be an indispensable resource.While currently under a lot of pressure to find my first official job, I'm planning on moving to South/Central Florida as soon as possible to pursue an entrepreneurial career in real estate and investing.

Personally I wouldn't like stepping on to cold floors every morning but hen again I'm not living there...

We have less than 2-3 out if town gurus come and speak during an entire year.Yes, we do have a one (1) hour session at 8:30 in the morning, once a month, to explain what we do, and why we're different, and why someone should consider becoming a member of an organization that's "very serious" about getting people on the right path.
