Keep in mind, even the largest independent insurance agency will not have access to every insurance company.  

I'm wondering if any Milwaukee agents/investors can recommend an agency or brokerage that offers a quality course.   

You'll need to read through the information and documents that appear and then start looking up companies or people mentioned in the found information.You can also look up the trustee that's listed in the deed and call them too.As a last resort your state Secretary of State or comptroller should have an operating unit that works in cooperation with the FDIC or other federal agencies that oversee bank closures.

Not even the government agencies.

Have you considered investing in mobile homes?

I would suggest mobile homes.  

After writing those $5,000 checks month after month only to realize a bunch of mobile home owners in senior parks call them 100 times a month, they shut that down.
