But the reality is with so many they just don't understand what they are signing and just go with the idea of whats it going to cost me a month without any after or forethought to cost over the life of the loan.Not to mention no money down or cash back loans.. all of this was just a ticking time bomb.And of course with the backend commissions available to mortgage brokers on the sub prime deals and the fact that in most states MLO were not even licensed. you just had a recipe for bad behavior... and failed industry...

Residential get used to nights and weekends and no life to speak of.

They are filled with great info and experiences from real life investor guests.  

There is a lot of money to be made and life is too short to have disagreements over pennies.

Sean, it depends where you are at in your life.

Something I learned about life is that most things are cyclical so if the deal is ready and you aren't, prepare for when it comes back around.

I am below 21 years old so I have enough life to expand and get into various investing opportunities (flipping houses, building, etc.) with time. 

If you are from an area/neighborhood and still have friends and family in there it makes life/investing/managing properties in those areas/neighborhoods much easier to manage.You will do GREAT!!!
