We had a massive crash to the servers and are still working on a long-term fix, but we're at least up temporarily.I'm going to try and explain why we've been having problems with minor and MAJOR crashes over the past few months, as I think you all deserve to know.1 - Every time you login to the site the application creates what is called a session.

With "retail" transactions (you know, those weird people that buy houses to live in them), the EMD is as follows (at least in my neck of the woods): 1%: I like this house, but I don't love it.2%: I REALLY like this house.3%: I'm in love with this house and my agent is a bit of a novice.10%+: I'm paying cash and expect a significant discount.So for investors, keep in mind that your offer is being compared to other offers, and even if it's not, there's still an industry standard.

There are a ton of pitfalls to this approach, most notably tenants never fixing small things, like a tiny leak, that could bring on massive problems if not repaired.
