But I get it if you can invest 500.00 U certainly cant buy whole notes or secured positions with such a small amount. becomes a personal decisions make 7.5% with risk of losing it all or buy T bills for about 5% with zero risk.. its up to the individual investors.

I am mainly interested in buy and hold or rent by room using BRRRR strategies... numbers do seem to work if you are creative and what is positive is although big capital organizations have come in to Spain to invest, regular small/medium investors that actually use experienced info, strategies and network/community is not trending or arrived so strong as in overseas.Cheers!

If you have credit card debts with high rates/high balances I would focus on paying it down to 15% to 30% Max balance to credit limit ratios to lower your DTI - Debt to income ratios, increase credit scores and be in a better position to buy more properties at a lower mortgage rate.
