Main egress is enclosed stairs on front of house. 2nd egress for tenants are stairs in back leading to yard and driveway.

Mainly want to say yay finally and sorry for your troubles.I just attended a free  hour long class a local attorney gave on the new eviction laws in WA. 

My main concern with house hacking is our income will be reduced quiet a bit and we won’t be able to save as much for the next property.

The main lesson I learned was to try to do less of the physical work on the rehab because the job slowed down when I got involved and could have been completed faster if I allowed professionals to do the work.
