Hey everyone, I am Jose my wife and I just purchased our first house that we plan on house hacking here in Yucca Valley CA.We bought a 3/2 sfh, it was purchased with a 100% ltv loan with no pmi.The way the home is setup is basically the master bedroom is connected to a guest suite, that we plan on living in while we rent out the remaining house. We are looking forward to renting it out, and to meeting more local investors here in the high desert area.
