I really should know this after reading the books I own on REI but I have not come across it..If for instance you make an offer on the house, and it is accepted (over the phone, not having seen the property) are you obligated to buy the house even before you see it, what legal obligations are there, they're are ways around it arent they?

Our AG has apparently ruled that, since the LLC/corporation is its own legal entity, only a lawyer can represent it in court.

Now if he stays for more than so many days (which should be specified in your lease) without being put on the lease then you can evict her for a lease violation.I would just talk with her about the situation and let her know that if he is going to be staying for extended periods of time then for legal reasons he needs to be on the lease, and to be put on the lease he will need to fill out an application.

Before the actual foreclosure auction, the owner is still in legal title to the property and is the only one that can sell the property.Now in a short sale situation where the lender discounts the amount owed, you are buying the property before the auction from the owner but with the approval of the lender.
