How to guard against Liens.
I am looking to make a cash offer on a property that has been foreclosed on and is bank owed. I wanna make sure there are no liens, judgements, etc on the house. How can I protect myself? Do I just need to make sure the closing agent does a title search? Does this have to be included in my offer? Thank You So Much,
Richard
