Those landlords may not charge late fees or attorney fees to tenants while the COVID-19 emergency exists and may not file to evict for non-payment.

And with so many new loans being originated of late, the amount of transactions that will not qualify for sale is significant.

My personal house is all railroad timber (1920) but had the floors in two places jacked up to install pilings in place in the late 50s, early 60s based on the concrete.

I am finding even though you dont really hit the rules that are on BP. 1%  2% was 10 years ago.no income tax. and property Taxs half or more of other markets so cash flow is not as bad as some would think when you add that all in. plus late model houses which are all built with stucco siding and tile roofs and NO hail  and desert landscaping and soil that does not move..

By the time we found this out we were too late.

It was late and i was tired haha.

Many tenants paid late.  

Landlords can't evict, charge late fees, or even serve a move-out notice.If the tenant already has an order, I recommend you wait to see if they move out.
