Called a "chart of accounts" Under Apple LLC you have your account codes, assets, liabilities and capital, payroll, drawing, etc. those codes might be from 100 through 600, then you have Orange Tree LLC, same thing, but their codes begin at 601 and go to 1100, Fuzzy Bush LLC goes from 1101 to 1600, etc. 

I love the lack of hype.

The fact of the matter is one wholesaler can't account for another's knowledge or the lack thereof.

Having said that, I don't believe the majority of the people who pay for mentoring lack access to information ...

@Brent Seehusen, you're right about the lack of diversification, especially with the marketplaces that underwrite direct investments.

I also have a flip property that is languishing from lack of attention. 

I talked to banks and they will not finance due to lack of history in real estate.

I also am a big fan of Roberts and his books rich dad poor dad as they teach you what it means to have a financial education something that is lacking in today's world .

The problem with that is I am lacking the knowledge and experience to make it happen.
