I can pay the asking price; however, I am not sure if I will have enough for renovations.This is a mobile home with good acreage.I have been knocking on hard money lenders' doors for a while and I haven't found anybody that would lend for a mobile home or a single home with more than 1 acre...With Hard Money, I could have invested a long time ago, probably in more than 1 property.

Even if he signs a waiver or agreement NOT to sue the landlord, would you hire a tree company no matter what for a higher price or is it safe to let tenant do this work signing proper disclaimers/waivers that landlord is not responsible.Thanks in advance,Rob If it were a matter of knocking down a tree away from any structures and then cutting it up on the ground, I would allow it.
