I didn't know this until I went to a professional plumbing supply store and was advise to get an angel stop with steel ball valves.Also, not sure if this matter either, but some of the water supply ends is also made out of plastic, which is probably ok, but I got the ones that are made out of steel.One last thing, does anyone know how long these angle stops & water supply lines last?

At the top of the spreadsheet it shows you how much you'll profit per year with and without a property manager.All fields can be modified to your specific needs.I got this spreadsheet years ago from someone on the internet and have tweaked it to my needs, so I can't take 100% credit for it.Hope this helps everyone out!

Tha is okay though because the crew can start demo in one room and begin to store the materials inside if it is raining in a room they have already done and then move the materials to the dumpster once it arrives.After that, your GC most likely will ask for a deposit for all or the first phase of materials and can continue to require a materials deposit for the other phases.
