The correct way to do it is to put it in the name of the person who can afford the least but still qualifies, but I have read some of your other posts and I don't think your fiance will go for that so, you should limit your first purchase to what can be afforded in her name only.

@Daryl Luc dude I’m sure nobody here talks in legal language. what I’m telling her is that she should write in her lease some kind of a way that either the tenant cleans up the dog poo and is responsible for the yard or she gets the tenant to pay for the lawn care which picks up the **** in the yard.

My neighbor has told me about a major infestation of bed bugs in her home a couple of weeks ago,   I mean so bad that the school makes her son change clothes as soon as he gets there , it just so happen that I’m subjected to move before November the first and as I’m moving my son box spring has bed bugs in It and it’s only on the side where the wall is connected to my neighbors ... who is responsible ?
