Have any of you found any diffusers or other form of deodorizers to be particularly effective in your STRs that aren’t overpowering or otherwise like a nuclear odor bomb going off like those gyro style twist and open air fresheners?

I used to live in MA - the winters can definitely get a little rough.Love your style of living in an RV and choosing markets based on where you want to travel.

Narrow down your focus to a similar style of home within your city, and only compare the ratios of properties that fit your criteria that way you are comparing apples to apples. 

If you are looking to invest in standard (long term) rental properties you might want to check out some of the other BP forums that target that investing style as I'm sure there will be many people with experience in Phoenix and Dallas areas that can give you some good advice!

You can build a false facade style building or even a decorative wall across the frontage of the property so it has the illusion of a nice looking business... with the storage containers stored behind.
