I'm looking forward to making my first real estate investment by the age of twenty with the goal of making this investment a wholesale or flip, which in turn would provide the necessary capital/revenue to purchase a multiunit property primarily focused on the creation of cashflow.I want to convert my mind into a resourceful asset to myself and to the individuals who help me establish my real estate journey, so if you have any suggestions for someone as young me and as someone new to real estate investing, I'd be honored to hear them.

I think you have to look at how good a deal is it.. and your personal financial situationif you had to carry these for any length of time and its going to harm you financially then you take the conservative approach.If you know its a good deal and you know the world will right itself in about 90 days and your just going to be working on it during those 90 days maybe you go for it.

So if your tenants don't pay rent, it's not because "the USA FEDERAL GOVT is against you".Some individual cities have enacted eviction moratoriums, but honestly I don't really care about those either.
