During the Master Lease term, I will have the right to collect all rents, the responsibility to maintain the property and pay all expenses and mortgage, as well as will have ownership and right to access and utilize the equity in the property as I see fit.

I deal with these situations about once a year when someone wants a credit after buying a property.  

Hello BP, I have searched a few threads but I couldn't find one that fits what we are looking for.

I think actually looking at other units and ads (see exactly what the amenities are and what is included) are ideal measures. 

It helps you to fit them in to your busy day and you will be surprised how much you learn.

There are some good incentives for investing, you just have to look into what fits within your risk profile.

As far as questions go, how would they fit in your business model?

I would ideally like to keep the place to build a rental portfolio.  

Properties here are selling like hotcakes, and there aren't as many deals anymore, so it might a while until I find the right fit. 

The 2% rule is a rule of thumb,not a replacement for real number crunching and my not fit many strategies and markets.
