Definitely pretty hot especially as people are getting priced out from the West. 

Today my plumber rebuilt 2 toilets, brought a replacement toilet lid (not a perfect match but pretty close,) caulked the tub, made sure the hot water tank was working properly and installed the dishwasher = $200Lowes showed up with the refrigerator but no stove.

Many landlords, including myself, have in their lease that its a requirement of the tenants to get insurance coverage on all major components in the house, such as the boiler, hot water heater, range, dishwasher, washer & dryer, etc.

There were too many speculators preaching “their” market was the hot market to be in.

Its not that uncommon to find homes with the furnace and hot water tank in he attic.

The market is definitely hot in ND but Nathan is correct, there are other places in the US with similar returns (you just have to look harder in some places than others).

One is pretty standard as it has a black (hot), ground and neutral.

a guy i know has a urinal in his home, when he asked me to sell it for him i suggested to him to remove it....he was dead set against it. he is one of those guy that starts a project and never finishes...fifty percent of the studs in the house are showing, he's late on his mortg etc...at one time he had a hot tub in his living room, one of those type of guys

I would go to the govt as a very last resort, if then.My point is that people are hypocritical about it.

Did somebody cross-up the hot and cold water piping somewhere along the line?
