Once you get the first deal done everything is different.I agree on the call center, i used voice mail up to this point but I'm in a less competitive market and had very few hang ups that I call back regardless.

I am renewing my Florida real estate license again on Wednesday and will need to hang my license with a commercial broker that can assist me as I work with my clients in California a well as my own personal deals.Basically, friends and clients of mine have money to invest and a BP mindset but there is no great cashflow anywhere around here.

Of course it takes time to put the list together yourself, but if you are driving for dollars then it won't take so much time that you can't do it each day or each week and still get to 20 or so doors per day, depending on who's home when you hang the collateral you are providing.
