Once you get the first deal done everything is different.I agree on the call center, i used voice mail up to this point but I'm in a less competitive market and had very few hang ups that I call back regardless.  

I am renewing my Florida real estate license again on Wednesday and will need to hang my license with a commercial broker that can assist me as I work with my clients in California a well as my own personal deals.Basically, friends and clients of mine have money to invest and a BP mindset but there is no great cashflow anywhere around here.

I would consult with an experienced tax professional before you submit anything to the IRS at least while you get a hang of it.

Of course it takes time to put the list together yourself, but if you are driving for dollars then it won't take so much time that you can't do it each day or each week and still get to 20 or so doors per day, depending on who's home when you hang the collateral you are providing. 

The sort-of bad things about it is the disclosure and what it creates and what may be required to be able "to hang" your license at a broker's office and their flexibility.  

With that being said what brokers are out there that have little to no fee's that I can hang my license with once I pass my test ?

I sometimes feel this way....and that is probably a natural response..I say "probably" because it ought not be so (I know I am probably hanging a proposition here).

I don't know whether to hang low till people see me going for a bit, or to just get up and start talking to them.

I would like to know the fastest and cheapest route to take to get licensed and the best way to hang your license with a broker?

Originally, people tells me, it's too shiny.Second, I used to get after tenant for holes in the wall, where they hang pictures, shelves etc..
