I went on to read MG's other books( The Tipping Point and Blink) but they were not as interesting.I haven't yet started to invest in RE( I was thinking to begin with rental apt's).

Trans funding deals are not that easy to put together anymore either but they can be done in the right circumstances.Some tips:#1 Everyone in the transaction needs to be aware it is a flip.
