This little tip and other small tips I think will add up to be important to us guppies who do OF's.

My opinion.I'm reminded of the old story about the guy who has a garden in his back-yard with a patch of sweet-corn.

I have a tip about rehabbing that some may know and some may not know.

When I see him now down at the building, he's always got a smile on his face and he's always willing to give me tips and advice and answer questions about the building.Good luck!
