If anyone remembers the commercials...I've been interested in this profession since the days of the Carlton Sheets infomercials.I recently obtained my realtors license as part of my exit strategy from my current employer.I would really like to establish relationships with people in the DFW area who's brain I can pick to gain knowledge and insight in this profession.

Lee, For what I do, I use "disposable LLC"s as such: If I find a property I'm interested in, I use a generic, established LLC, such as Sarasota Investments, LLC - insert your name here.
