Are pay for laundry units worth operating? 

Moving to TX, leaving my duplex and filling my unit.

There are lots and lots of desktop investors who surf the internet but are not fully committed to buying or learning the process.

I was under contract for a 6 unit and had my core 4 laid out to BRRR and hold.

The game has changed; being fully aware before jumping in is crucial.

Unit will be ready at end of March 2022.

I found a building with 4 units selling for 580k all units are currently rented totaling 4200$ per month.
