In the last two weeks, I've listened to/read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki, "Financial Freedom with Real Estate Investing" by Michael Blank, and I am currently reading "Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat" by David Greene. 

But while I might feel bad for someone that buys in a more freedom supporting area, and then gets blindsided by anti freedom radicals, it's harder to have the same sympathy for people that invest in areas that are already hostil. 

I am investing in real estate with a goal of financial freedom and ability to support my family.

I still own it and it has given me freedom to travel full time Lessons learned?

I wanna have the freedom to work only one or zero jobs if I choose.

The overall thought of financial freedom is an amazing motivation factor that drives is through late nights after kids bedtime and any other breaks at work to make a cold call or respond to an email.

My main goal is to buy and hold Rental properties (BRRRR) to achieve financial freedom.

My passion is music and engineering but well, OK, never turned a dime on either one but what I’ve learned from the people in my life who have their financial freedom (my father, aunt, former bosses) is that they didn’t do it alone.
