Excited to be here, Motivated to Save, and Eager to Learn

Hello, All!

I am new to this Bigger Pockets community - very excited to be here!

My wife & I are currently renting while we save money for our first home. During this time of saving, I thought to learn the fundamentals of real estate investing so when we are properly positioned we can take the leap to investing with confidence.

My questions to you:

1. What is your favorite reading material and/or training resources?

2. What real estate networking suggestions might you have?

Thank you, so much, for your time!

    Austin

    Welcome Austin!

    1. I spend a ton of time on biggerpockets, ask questions, ask some more questions and then some more! You can read through forums etc. Bigger pockets also has a podcast, im not a huge reader so I may not be a help with books, but podcasts are my go to!

    2. Local real estate groups and meetups, Facebook groups, and bigger pockets, like said above by @Kerry Noble Jr
