None of the Above.Most of those degrees will make you a good corporate employee, working for someone else's company.If you want to start a company, why do you need a degree?

I am aiming towards providing lease to own property leases and housing for foster families and foster youth who are often left to fend for themselves once getting involved with the system.

The e-verification confirms income/employment directly with the employer in like 2 seconds, including breakdown of overtime, bonus, YTD by category, etc.This is what Quicken has over-sold as "Rocket Mortgage" for several years; the reason I say they "over-sell" it is that so few people actually tick all of the above boxes, and no employee (unless that employee is director of human resources at their company) has a way of knowing if their employer is signed up for the e-verification stuff.

I'm currently an employee and would like to become financially independent like most of you guys but I'm not sure how to take advantage of these two properties to enter full time to the real estate business.

Sidenote: Even managing a business with "inherited" employees can have extra challenges.
