New Member looking for advice
Hi guys,
My name is Rodrigo Bracho, I'm 28 years old and I recently started listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast and decided to join as a member.
I honestly don’t have much experience in real estate but I was fortunate to inherit two residential properties that are currently being rented.
I'm currently an employee and would like to become financially independent like most of you guys but I'm not sure how to take advantage of these two properties to enter full time to the real estate business.
Do you guys have any advice?
Thanks
PS. Please keep in mind that I live in Mexico and that interest rates are considerably more expensive than in the US.
