If we all quit buying they would quit selling........I had a friend forward me Preston and Thans stuff so I can check it out......I admit I only skimmed through it, but it was all the same generalization and vagueness you can find anywhere else....although I am a hypocrite b/c I do randomly buy these programs/books/courses every once in a while to tee see if I get 1 nugget

Keep in mind that this 50% rule is a quick, "back of the napkin" calculation of the expenses and NOI (net operating income) and should not be the final decision maker to move forward or back out of a deal.
