What is the time commitment expected for running a successful flipping business? 

This is extra above and beyond like I said but I copied this from my non-RE business. 

The idea is to buy a new investment property and use it only for business purposes.

I heard about balance transfers from business credit cards to get cash to buy real estate.

I currently have hotels and thats my primary business.

.- We have people from all the states moving to Charlotte everyday about 113 people move to the Charlotte region every day to be exact according to Charlotte Region Business Alliance- Majority of the population in Charlotte is 25 to 34 years old, which is important because they are looking for a rental property.

I feel that before this venture gets too large, that I should create a Property Management LLC to be the “face” of the business.

Will use this property for my family as well as make it a business.

As far as automating as much as possible and treating the properties as a professional business, is using custom email address for each unit (like: 123StreetA at company dot com*) taking it too far?
