But, I don't see why you'd send "back" to the 8 unit LLC.Make sure you speak to a qualified professional or two to make sure you are getting what you need/want.Good luck.Ya I guess I would keep all funds in the management/holding company LLC and what I meant by drawing a salary was yes just basically making a monthly draw into my personal checking account.

You have it hooked to two points that are not meant to hold a person's weight. 

What I meant by COVID overlay is any temporary laws that might affect charging late fees, etc  

What I meant in terms of diversity is if I have a SFR and someone moves out I am 100% vacant.

I meant that I have NO issues with normal wear and tear, but what our previous tenants did is not normal.

Hello JohnJust met with a HELOC specialist recently and I do believe there are lenders out there that will lend HELOC's to LLC but usually meant for residential primaries.
