HELOC on property listed under LLC.

I purchased my first rental a couple years ago, a triplex as a primary home mortgage and moved the title under an LLC shortly after the purchase. I wanted get a HELOC for the property for repairs or another investment, due to the amount of appreciation Seattle continued to see over the past couple years. I've spoke to conventional banks, and they said they will not allow it with the title under the LLC with the county. Is this a normal issue or have I simply called the wrong lenders? Thank you for any recommendations.
