They are flipping it now and providing what they have- Court ordered foreclosure / receivership / etc so PM only has operating history since taking over- Owner bought property vacant and did rehab until ~6 months ago.

However, I have a friend who just became a realtor and I'm big on supporting friends and their endeavors so I am supporting her.The homes within a 1 mile radius that are comparable to the home I just flipped and am about to put on the market are selling for the price I want to list mine as.

I have been using the money I made those first 2 years to start other businesses and now to continue to flip and rent.Because of real estate, I get to be at home and watch my two young kids grow up without having to be sent off to day care and get to travel with my wife and family.

I aspire to get involved in buy and hold investing as well as flipping. 

Or a potential flip profit of around 25k-30k.My plan is to save money over the next year while this lease is in place, then get in there and renovate it as quick as possible next summer.

We also have a flip coming up in Aug/Sept that we will be looking for extra help with as well.  

Rentals, flips?

Of course the media headline makes it seem like they are flipping the home.

I'm really considering picking it up as a flip or rental but can't decide which way to go with it.
