Seller squatting after escrow close

Now the sellers son has decided to stay and squat at the property for another month til the end of september, with the exception all of the escrow security funds coming back to me (buyer), am I entitled to split or give up any of the escrow funds with the sellers son due to him squatting in my new property.

Hey Janet, I know most wholesalers avoid 'conventional' buyers for two reasons: 1, the closing can take far too long if you have a property under contract for only 30 days, and 2, if the property is distressed, most lenders will not want to secure a loan against a distressed property.

Wordpress websites can range from poor to decent based on the quality of the template but the problem is twofold: Wordpress needs to be updated constantly to address bugs and security fixes (which is a pain to do), and Wordpress is primarily a blog engine and doesn't look great for bonafide websites.From my critical eye, I can tell when a website is made on Wix or Wordpress and not in a good way.
