Failure is not an event.

Treat the "home" same way you would a house that needed to be scraped due to structural failure.

"If you set your goals ridiculously high and it's a failure, you will fail above everyone else's success."

Being either too high or too low can lead to failure.  

My experience with failures has been from the top down.

I found Bigger Pockets about 3 years ago, so you could say it's been a long time getting to this point, although it's mostly due to analysis paralysis and failure to take action sooner on my part.

Coils, blower fans etc, and it is the number 1 cause of HVAC failure.

Every once in a while there are failures but do not let them to cause you to quit.  

Failure to use a licensed company can cause BIG fines.
