Excited to start networking on BP
My name is Angela and I'm looking to learn more about how I can invest into my favorite city, Cleveland, OH. I bought my first duplex as a primary with my boyfriend last summer and we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Even though we ran into many issues, I absolutely love my home and am able to laugh about the mistakes we made. I'm ready to focus on learning the business and networking with others that can help me avoid making silly mistakes.

Hello and welcome to BP! It sounds like you are getting off to a good start. Educate yourself as much as you can and it will help you f on making so manny mistakes. Mistakes and fear are pretty normal in that business.because there are so many ways to do it. Just be short term or long term. Do not try to do everything yourself. As you gain more experience you can hire out more. Pick out an experienced and trustworthy Team. They can support you and what you need and don't know. Just be patient and consistent with your offers. Watch your back and do not get ripped off by others. Know all the rules and laws.
I was born and raised in Dallas Texas. I am 59 years old and I found BP about 6 months ago and I am still learning what to do while I am recooperating. I went to college and got a business degree that emphasized real estate. In that same year that I graduated, in 1980, I got a real estate broker license. I did not have to take anything extra. Regardless of what I had I felt more comfortable in the construction business. I have been in the construction business since I was 17. My father has been in real estate for about 40 years and he has taught me a little bit. If you think that I can help you please contact me through BP at any time. Good luck to both of you!
