If you are buying a property at a price above the loan amount and the closing date is after the auction date, the seller can submit the contract to the bank to get an extension so they don't auction the house.

I think I will be fine but it is complicated and best to stay away from these unless you do more extensive research.If a lot has never had a house or MH on it then a street adress doesn't get assigned.
