Landlords came in today to remind them about lease being expired this past June, instead were attacked by millions of wasps, coming from wasps' nest, which tenants created by having stacks of hey against the house from last Halloween, and didn't even bother to open the door to the owners today to find out if he is ok after wasps attack!

If tags or safety check are expired, they treat as "abandoned", and charge $500 to remove it to their storage yard, where they process it per local law, publishing notice, etc. and ultimately scrapping for metal value if that is all it is worth.

Besides that, I think there's room to be hopeful when a new month begins in a few days, because that will open up a whole new set of renters who may realize their current lease is expiring soon.

Last month, the inherited tenant mentioned they will not be renewing their lease which expires at the end of March.

Right now the MLS provides the best interior pictures of past sold listings and also pictures of expired listings that didn't sell.

Consider calling expired listings.

Obviously my plan is to aggressively pay down the debt from the rehab, whether it comes from a new 0 % purchase card or a balance transfer card, then after getting the debt down shoot to do get a third balance transfer CC before the intro period expires to avoid any interest on the remaining balance.
