Hey @Jaron Smith, I'm not an expert with HML as I'm still new to them so I would recommend a few things that I am doing myself to gain more education on the topic. 1.

I would take some classes from a local expert or attorney who knows the sale and then dip your toe for 6 months.

What most, in my opinion, fail to realize is that as a property owner, you are providing a service to a customer, and as such, must be in a customer service oriented mindset.

No is low risk, yes is always a risk I try to mitigate.Separation in business decisions is essencial in my opinion.
