That somehow you needed to be an "expert" or a "professional" to landlord your properties. 4 property managers later when I finally HAD to do everything myself , I found it MUCH easier in my case to manage my own tenants than managing the manager.I think you hot the nail on the head: there are a lot of bad property managers out there.
