I'm excited to finally joining the forums after listening to the podcasts for the last few weeks.

Some only accept accredited investors some also accept non-accredited but sophisticated investors for their deals.There are great webinars, podcasts and blogs on this exciting and much more scalable subject.

In terms of what @Ken Breeze mentioned, I'd advise you to determine for yourself, how active do you want to be in this investment?!
