She never signed and then called the city inspector because I received call from a city inspector saying that the property is not registered as a rental and also that the tenant showed him a video of appliances shutting off and the panel is only 60 amps with no main breaker.

Is there a simplified checklist or video that anybody can recommend.

Hi Max, I have been investing for just over 8 years and have been doing my book keeping using excel.

He told me he’s a property developer and that I should get my license and he will teach me the ropes when I’m licensed, so I signed up for school few days ago I start November 8th and since then I’ve been watching YouTube beginner videos and I found this podcast, so  I thought I’d post my story.

The MLS remains an excellent place to find deals because of the sheer volume of deals on the platform.

Thankfully my credit is excellent with no late payments or liens or other things ever.
