I’m new to this world

Hello, my name is Elvis I’m 23 and I have a story for you, one day I was fishing and as I was leaving my dream car drove into the parking lot, a yellow Lamborghini murcielago, I had to stop and turn around and look at this car. I asked the guy if I can take a picture of it and he said yes and insisted that I sit in it, and when I did he told me start his car, when I tried to it didn’t start, the battery was dead, he asked me to give him a jump start and I did, after that he took my phone number and about a week later he calls me and offers to buy me a beer. He told me he’s a property developer and that I should get my license and he will teach me the ropes when I’m licensed, so I signed up for school few days ago I start November 8th and since then I’ve been watching YouTube beginner videos and I found this podcast, so  I thought I’d post my story. My goal is to do what he does, but in order to do that I have to work for a broker company for 2 years before branching out on my own, my entire family does contracting and construction so when It comes to flipping houses and developing I have them to help build it. But my questions for all of you is, what else should I look into? What should I look for in my employer? What should I study? Any books for me to read? I’m brand new to this and I know 0 about anything, appreciate you reading this, and thank you for the feedback
