This is GREAT news for Memphians and investors looking in the Memphis area. 

We have targeted our search specifically to local community banks and CUs and I hope to have some good news in the coming days.

If you're self-managing, I would say reconciliations are not hard calculations (just the difference between what the tenant contributed towards common area maintenance, insurance, taxes, management fees, etc. and what the landlord actually spent), so if you are handy with Excel you could produce something professional-looking pretty easily.

Joel Carson of Utah Real Estate was excellent for the purchase and later with the sale.

The fact that they have recently finished the fast-pass lanes on the highway is great news and means that there is expected to be a lot more commuting south down 75 from the Northwest.. to follow will be lots more retail, amenities, and housing.

The good news is we should see prices drop!

@Michael Stoltey You clearly don’t understand how REIT’s work, the high quality blue chip REIT’s have excellent corporate governance and are very aligned with the shareholders and are not just paid for fund size.

There is an excellent spot to add one however, only about 20ft off the ground level and it would work well attaching stairs to this sort of little sunroom that extends out past the roof edge on the second floor.

The good news is that she will end up owing you more when you eventually get her out. 

However, I am fortunate enough to still be getting paid.I would really like to use my spare time to "internship" for someone in some capacity and develop some news skills through real hands on experience.
