If you're self-managing, I would say reconciliations are not hard calculations (just the difference between what the tenant contributed towards common area maintenance, insurance, taxes, management fees, etc. and what the landlord actually spent), so if you are handy with Excel you could produce something professional-looking pretty easily.

The fact that they have recently finished the fast-pass lanes on the highway is great news and means that there is expected to be a lot more commuting south down 75 from the Northwest.. to follow will be lots more retail, amenities, and housing.

There is an excellent spot to add one however, only about 20ft off the ground level and it would work well attaching stairs to this sort of little sunroom that extends out past the roof edge on the second floor.
